Our classes run Monday to Friday from September to June and follow the academic calendar of the Stratford Elementary School.

AM Casa Hours: 8:15 - 11:15 a.m.

PM Casa Hours: 1:00 - 4:00 p.m.

Arrival & Dismissal Times

AM Class Hours: 8:15 - 11:15 a.m.

Arrival: 8:00 - 8:15 a.m. Pick-up: 11:15 - 11:30 a.m.

PM Class Hours: 1:00 - 4:00 p.m.

Arrival: 12:45 - 1:00 p.m. Pick-up: 4:00 - 4:10 p.m.

We will not accept students in the morning before 8:00 a.m. or after 8:30 a.m. and in the afternoon before 12:45 p.m. or after 1:15 p.m.

Please be Punctual! Constant tardiness disrupts the flow of our class and learning.

PLEASE BE SURE TO SIGN YOUR CHILD 'IN' AND 'OUT' EVERYDAY WITH YOUR NAME AND THE TIME - THIS IS A MINISTRY REQUIREMENT.

    Tuition and School Fees 2009/10

    Five Day Casa Program: $475.00/month

    Additional:

    Application Fee: $50.00 paid once~non-refundable

    Registration Fee: $150.00 per year~non-refundable once enrollment complete

    Art/Culinary Arts Fee: $175.00 per year~non-refundable once enrollment complete

    Incidentals Fee: $175.00 per year~non-refundable once enrollment complete

    Ballet /Dance Fee: $175.00 per year~non-refundable once enrollment complete

    Activity Fee: $75.00 per year~non-refundable once enrollment complete

    Tuition is paid with 10 post-dated cheques payable to Montessori & Me on the first day of each month (September 1 - June 1). An extra post-dated (returnable) tuition cheque is also paid in lieu of volunteering. There is a $25.00 fee for all NSF cheques.

    Tuition Increases: Contracts with our teachers are negotiated each Spring and may result in a slight increase in tuition the following year.

    Field Trips: Fees vary depending on the size of our field trip but average $10.00 - $20.00 about four times per year. Information and permission forms regarding the field trips are provided several weeks before the event.

    Tax-deductible receipts are issued.

    Late Fees

    Montessori & Me does not offer before-school or after-school care. Parents are expected to pick up their children on time, each day. Parents who arrive after the ten-minute grace period will be fined $20.00 for the first five-minutes, and one dollar per minute after this. If you will be late for reasons beyond your control, please advise us at drop-off, note this on your sign-in form or call the school as soon as possible at 780-484-8748.
